The hunger scale

  1.  painfully hungry  
- hunger pains, dizzy, feeling ill

      2.  very hungry 

- could eat anything, might binge 

The skinny rules

 rule 1: write down what you eat, rate if its been a healthy day or not, from there make changes

rule 2: stop snaking, 1-2 meals and 1 snack 

rule 3: a large glass of water around 30mins before each meal

rule 4: whatever you do, DO NOT drink your calories!!

rule 5: read food labels so you know what is going in your body

rule 6: eat in a calorie deficit (burning more calories than you eat) 

rule 7: try your best not to just guess portion sizes

rule 8: dont add sweeteners (including artificial) 

rule 9: get rid of fast foods 

rule 10: if your going to eat breakfast, make sure its something filling and proper

rule 11: try your best to make your own food, its okay if your parents make you dinner, but if you are going to eat lunch or breakfast make it yourself. 

rule 12: eat your vegetables

rule 13: avoid bananas (those things are packed with calories, its like 200kcal for 1, they're the devil i tell you!) 

rule 14: go to bed hungry!!

rule 15: make sure to get at least 9 hours sleep

rule 16: plan ONE splurge meal a week, it doesnt have to be much it could be a cookie!

About us

Ana's angels is a blog for all things Ana and Mia. The blog originally started out on Tumblr posting Thinspo, motivation and accountability. Since the blog is just staring out on here, there will not be that many posts, but I will try to work on it as much as I can. 

If you are in recovery, i would advise you to please do not read this blog, as it is a pro-ana and pro-mia blog. True pro-ana's will always show support for recovering; we don't necessarily enforce it but we will support your choices. You will recover when you are ready for it. 

Hate or threats will not be tolerated here. If you feel the need to leave hate, you will be ignored. 

I will NOT acknowledge any hate towards me, you are taking time out of YOUR day to hate on a random person on the internet. It's pathetic..  

Anorexia and Bulimia is harmful to your body and mind. So please be careful and know your limits. If you ever need to talk to anyone there are always people you can talk to. I'll leave some numbers and websites below, you are never alone.
